We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our sales team as a Sales Inspector with a focus on real estate leads.

Job Description: As a Sales Inspector with a focus on real estate leads, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities within the real estate market. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and promote Basement Systems of Indiana's services. Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue opportunities within the real estate market to generate leads and expand the company's customer base.

· Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals through networking events, presentations, and regular communication.

· Educate real estate professionals about Basement Systems of Indiana's products, services, and value proposition to position the company as a trusted partner for their clients.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting and converting real estate leads into sales opportunities.

· Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of residential properties to evaluate their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, outlining the benefits of Basement Systems of Indiana's products and services.

· Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

· Track and report on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and market trends to management to inform strategic decision-making.

· Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

· Represent Basement Systems of Indiana with professionalism and integrity at all times, adhering to company policies and ethical standards.

What we need for this role

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field preferred.

· Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in the real estate industry preferred.
